The Seven Seas Food Festival is SeaWorld San Antonio’s signature seasonal culinary celebration that features a menu of global flavors, specialty beverages, and internationally inspired entertainment throughout the park. The festival’s culinary offerings are curated by world renowned Chef Shan Pussella, SeaWorld San Antonio’s resident executive chef. - Jamal Burger (Camel Sliders) – Grilled camel seasoned with cumin, coriander, and cardamon complemented with lettuce, tomato, pickles and finished with Middle Eastern Sauce
- Japanese Vegetable or Pork Gyoza – Dumplings filled with seasoned pork or a mix of crisp vegetables, carefully seasoned to enhance their natural flavors and served with soy-based dipping sauce
- Dubai Chocolate Croissant – Flaky croissant filled with chocolate and pistachio-tahini cream with toasted kataifi
- Egyptian Hawawshi – Arabic bread stuffed with spiced minced beef, onions, garlic, and Egyptian spices and served with tahini

For the first time in the festival’s history, SeaWorld San Antonio has announced a concert lineup for this year’s Seven Seas Food Festival, introducing a new live entertainment element included with park admission and free for Pass Members. On select dates from March 29 through May 16, guests can enjoy a dynamic mix of international headliners, legacy acts, and genre-spanning performers across pop, hip-hop, and rock while sampling global cuisine. The lineup features Ginuwine (March 29); Exposé, Tiffany, and The Jets (April 11); the Pop 2000 Tour hosted by Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC with O-Town, Ryan Cabrera, and LFO (April 26); Hoobastank, Fuel, and Lit (May 2); Blackstreet (May 9); and Soulja Boy with Ying Yang Twins (May 16), creating an unforgettable blend of music, food, and fun. New Barracuda Strike Roller Coaster
