Viva La Música, a vibrant festival celebrating the richness of Latin culture, returns to SeaWorld San Diego every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May 1 to May 17. The event series features sensational live music from top Latin performers, beloved artists, authentic cuisine and family-friendly entertainment. Guests can experience high-energy concerts from legendary acts at Bayside Amphitheater, along with a lively festival area near Manta featuring cultural performances from talented local musicians and community groups who honor the deep roots of Mexican and Latin American heritage that have long shaped San Diego’s identity.
SoCal Taco Fest is back for year two, joining Viva La Música for a flavorful two‑day celebration on Saturday, May 2, and Sunday, May 3. The event will showcase some of the region’s best taco spots, nonstop live music and DJs, thrilling Lucha Libre All-Stars matches, fan-favorite Chihuahua Beauty Pageants, mouthwatering culinary demos, and for the first year, performances from Grammy® and Billboard Award nominated artists, Frankie J and Baby Bash.
Viva La Música and SoCal Taco Fest concerts and entertainment are included with park admission. Tacos, food and drinks will be available for purchase. Annual Pass Members can visit Viva La Música as many times as they want, including SoCal Taco Fest, and receive exclusive event access and no blockout dates.

La Sonora Dinamita| Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17
Originally from Cartagena de Indias, Colombia and later reforming in Mexico City, La Sonora Dinamita has been credited with bringing Colombian cumbia to international audiences. They will conclude Viva La Musica with a powerful celebration of the spirit of Latin music.
