White Water Opens for 46th Season - Oasis in the Ozarks Makes a Splash with Flavorful Additions!

Summer starts with a splash in the Heart of the Ozarks as White Water opens for its 46th season on Saturday, May 23.

The region’s largest water park invites families to cool off across 13 acres of wave pools, thrilling slides, shaded cabanas and even more room to relax, with hundreds of new lounge chairs and picnic tables added throughout the park this season.

From heart-pounding plunges to easygoing floats, there’s something for every kind of summer day:

• Kalani Towers rises 7.5 stories high as the area’s tallest waterslide duo, sending riders racing more than 40 mph. • KaPau Plummet drops brave guests through a trapdoor into a near-vertical, 70-degree descent. • Ohana Falls lets the whole family ride together on a sweeping raft adventure down a massive halfpipe. • Aloha River winds through 800 feet of tropical scenery for a relaxing float. • Younger guests can splash and play at Coconut Cove and Splashaway Cay, filled with fountains, blasters and surprises.

Between rides, guests can refuel with park favorites including tacos, pizza and cool treats like fresh fruit smoothies, shakes and the new Monster Float, made with Monster Energy Ultra Zero Blue Hawaiian. White Water is also introducing a souvenir popcorn program this season. Guests can add a $45 tasting ticket, featuring two entrées and three snacks for a full day of flavor.

For those looking to unwind in style, Blue Lizard Cabanas and reserved seating provide shaded retreats with added comforts like meal service, private lockers and satellite TV. Advance reservations are recommended.

When the sun goes down, the fun doesn’t. Night Water returns on select Fridays and Saturdays in July and August, featuring illuminated attractions and family-friendly movies at Surf’s Up Wave Pool.
